Most Medicare Part B beneficiaries pay a monthly premium of $99.90. If a beneficiary has an income that is substantially higher than average, they may pay a higher premium. If a beneficiary also gets Social Security Benefits, the monthly premium will be taken out of their social security benefit payment.
