The Community Health Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization which can accept donations, that can be taken as tax deductions for those who donate them, individuals and companies. Each dollar you give goes to expanding the quality health services we provide such as access to health care providers, laboratory testing, x-ray imaging, health screenings, and low cost dental services.

Making a Donation to CHC
Thank you so much for your interest in making a donation to the Community Health Center. Your gifts go a long way in helping the people of our community.
To make your donation, you will fill out our donation form and then be directed to a secure PayPal site to collect your payment information. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to make a donation. You may also use a credit card.
We have two types of donations available: One time gifts and recurring gifts. Recurring Gifts can be on a monthly, quarterly (3 months), or yearly cycle. Please choose from the following links below what type of gift you would like to make.
