Below you will find a list of pricing for dental services offered at the Community Health Center. These prices are for SELF-PAY patient and are our every day low prices. 1. A re-evaluation exam is required for any patient that has not been seen in our office in over 6 months.
2. Deep cleanings are done on each of the 4 quadrants of a persons mouth: Upper right, Upper left, Lower Right, Lower left. Only two quadrants can be cleaned in one office visit so to complete the entire mouth would require two appointments.
